Solution for Acrostic Puzzle #7--May 2003

The title of this work seems to be in question. Two or three solvers gave it as "Sea Child" or "Seachild" (which would throw off the final clue answer, causing it to start with D rather than L). Because there is the possibility that my source contained a typo, I have considered all versions to be correct.--Accipiter
